Hello! Just a project share...an elegant wedding card that a co-worker requested for me to make. The wedding color theme is Black and Magenta, so I based the paper colors on that. Wedding bells from Pretty Pennants Cricut cartridge. Base card is Recollections. The corners are punched with a MS punch. Stamp (best wishes) is from Inkadinkado. I added some bling and pearls to make it more elegant.
"Best Wishes" Wedding Card
Thanks for being here and have a nice week ahead of you!
I am so happy! The Michael's in my area now carries 7 Gypsies products! I love vintage which explains my delight & excitement. I got some Gypsy Packs, Stamps, and a Solo Shadowbox Tray. Can't wait to play with 'em. The store also now has Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and the Color Box Mix'd Media Inx so I got a few of those, too. Oh boy, I feel like it's Christmas already, with all the goodies around me : )
Hi there! Super quick post...I made a thank you card as requested by a friend. She wanted something simple so this is what I came up with.
"Thanks" Card
I used papers from DCWV, base card is Recollections, "Thanks" stamp by Inkadinkado, some brads, canvas by Canvas Corp (inked and distressed), and some hemp cord. It's totally Cricut-free!
A quick project share...I created 2 Back-To-School Cards using the Locker Talk Cricut cartridge.
As I mentioned in my post last night, I also created a mini album, "Smarty Pants", another back-to-school project. You can watch the video below. I just thought I'd post some pics as well. Enjoy!
I'm back! This time with a video, instead of a photo! Way to go, Hannah! : )
So here's my latest project, it's a back-to-school themed paper bag mini album once again using my now favorite binding method: stack the deck! I just want to emphasize, I learned this technique from YouTube's FollowThePaperTrail and scrapdaworld. Check them out, the instructions are simple and easy to follow.
The title of my mini album is "Smarty Pants", using DCWV's paper collection, "Edumacation Stack". Is "edumacation" even a word??? Education, yes, but "edumacation"? Never heard of it. Anyway, it's a pretty collection and so I kept my mini super clean and simple because the papers say them all. No need for extra embellishments and what-nots. I just used school-themed stamps to "prettify" (yes, that's a word! definition: to make something look pretty - wink wink!) my pages a tiny bit.
Okay, enough talking...just watch the video. : )
Whatjathink? Not bad for a first-timer, I hope! : ) Thanks a lot for being here.
'Been a loooong time!
Here's a tiny project share...a tag I created with various stamps, then sprayed and edged with walnut ink. I attached a ribbon that looks like a school skirt : )
'Working on some new projects. So hang on tight!
